This is a sponsored opportunity in partnership with Nike.
There’s nothing I love more than a comfy shoe.
Literally… NOTHING! (besides food, duh)
When it comes to going out, I’d choose comfy wedges over a sexy heel anyday.
And when it comes to my day to day, I’m always on-the-go.
I’m running from photoshoots to photoshoots. I’m running between LA and SF.
And literally running between my workouts to burgers to taco Tuesdays.
So when Nike approached me to partner to review their new Nike Joyride Run Flyknit shoe, I was ALL IN.
No one’s ever asked me to review a shoe before. I was ecstatic!
I wore it every day for a WEEK straight.
I wore my Nike Joyrides to the airport on my way to SF, I wore it on ALL my client photoshoots, I wore it while chasing down a cable car, I worked out in it twice, and I flew back with it to LA.
Here’s visual proof so you know i’m not kidding:
Seriously, I’ve been LIVING in them. Not only because I wanted to do my research and report back, but because I truly wanted to find a shoe that I could wear on any occasion (gym, photoshoots, walking around the city, hanging out with friends on rooftops, etc).
These Nike Joyrides are COMFY AF!!
If I could wear it on my wedding day, I totally would. (Craig might kill me though, lol).
They are made up of thousands of tiny foam beads that mold to your feet.
Think of it like a bean bag for your foot, moving and shifting to whatever you need. I felt like it gave me extra support when I went on a morning run up and down the SF hills.
Note: when I first put them on, it felt…odd. Yet, interesting.
It was like walking on a tempurpedic pillow that contours and hugs your foot. After the first day, my foot just sank right into place.
It’s like it was made for me!
If any of you are curious about this shoe, go try them out at your nearest Nike, or you can order it online HERE.
I’m wearing a size 6.5, which fits true to size.
